How to Sign up:
1. Download the enrollment form, flyer and fee agreement.
2. Fill out the:
Allergy Form (if needed)
3. Give the filled out paperwork to the Campus Kids Site Director at your school along with the registration fee.
4. You can also scan and email the enrollment paperwork to firstname.lastname@example.org
5. You will get a confirmation email when the paperwork is received.
Summer Fee Agreement
